Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) is a perennial flowering plant found in the temperate regions of Eastern Asia and North America. It is traditionally used as a female hormonal support.
As an herbal dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 2-3 times daily as needed with water or meals.
Gelatin (capsule) and Stearic Acid.
Contains no sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg or preservatives.
Not to be used by pregnant or lactating women. Occasional gastrointestinal discomfort may occur. Avoid large doses. Limit use to not more than 6 months unless directed by a qualified health practitioner.

I've been using black cohosh for years since early menopause due to chemotherapy.If I take three pills three times a day It keeps hot flashes away.I can slack off some in winter now,but in summer it's all that keeps me comfortable.Now Foods makes a great product that is second to none!

i have used this product for 15+ years.because it is a natural product i allow 7 days between the the 50 day period.this allows my system to not become immune to it's properities
relieves hot flashes from hell

My insomnia was caused by menopause. Nothing else worked. I take one cap in the morning and one in the evening, and go immediately to sleep and stay asleep most nights now.
