Yes, dark chocolate is good for you, but try finding dark chocolate in a bar in your local stores that is low on fat and sugar, and without artificial sweetners and favors, hard to do, but with this you get all the great benefits of cocoa without the fat or sugars or anything artificial. Ok, not like eating one of those candy bars, but cocoa tastes equally good drinking it and you can make it with rice or almond milk and add some natural vanilla to it. This product is all natural, little fat, no sugar or sweetners, but I do add some honey, and nothing artificial and what a great price too.
This stuff has a good amount of protein and fiber and tastes really good... I love making my own chocolate with it.

This is the third brand of non-"Dutched" (ie., not processed with alkali) cocoa that I have tried, and it is definitely the best--rich and flavorful. My preferred brand for unsweetened cocoa now.

great flavor but a little gritty mixed in cold drinks. have 2t with 1T Nutiva hemp protein powder and 1/2 t cinnamon in unsweetened almond milk. For having no sweetener it's okay!

Don't trust anyone with your chocolate fixes. I use Blue Agave and some Xylitol with my organic butter, cream and well water to make my addiction a happy one. You WILL feel better because of cocoa's goodness for the bod...on the occassion. Let's not get carried away. Oh, and chocolate processed with alkali is NOT the way to ever treat such a fine food.
