What a tasty, healthy snack,

These little green squares are really tasty. Even my 5-year-old nephew loves them. A wonderful snack that's very fulfilling - only need a small handful.

These are GREAT. Will order these again , a healthy snack, they disappeared very quickly. Iherb always stock such good snack foods. I find Now foods products to be always healthy and tasty and fresh.

I keep these in the car when I get munchy. It doesn't take much because the seeds are so filling...9 grams of protein and 4g. sugar for 6 pieces. A really healthy snack.
