Dandelion is a sun-loving meadow herb that many of us remember from childhood romps through country fields. It is a free-growing perennial that blooms wherever it can find a sunny bit of earth, and is found in fields and lawns throughout the world. As a tea, Dandelion is warm and soothing, and may bring back a little bit of the child in you!
For Hot Tea: Steep tea bag in 8 oz. of hot water for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strength.

Tastes great. I make an iced tea with it. I already feel like I'm retaining less water and clearing out toxins. My skin looks better too.
I love this tea as a good standard detoxifier and it tastes good too! Excellent value

I haven't been using this tea regularly to see a difference even though that was part of the reason why I bought it. I also bought it to have something else to drink besides caffeinated or scented teas. The taste is reminds me of dried grass a little and drinking it soothes and nourishes my senses.
