Now Foods, EGCg, Green Tea Extract, 400 mg, 180 Veggie Capsules,

This is a quality product. Green Tea may correct cholesterol imbalances by raising HDL and lowering LDL cholesterol, while preventing LDL from oxidizing. Green Tea may also be a mild anticoagulant. Green Tea has been shown to help maintain levels of desirable intestinal bacteria.

Now Foods, EGCg, Green Tea Extract, 400 mg, 180 Vcaps,

Provides the antioxidents and benefits of Green Tea w/o caffienne or having to drink gallons of it. This brand provides good energy without the need to use caffienne. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a green tea extract, especially when they do not want the extra added jitters from caffienne.

EGCg,

Green tea extract helped me become more flexible and less painful with my Rheumatoid arthritis when I took another branded version. That one contained caffeine. I can't take caffeine, so this is why I bought this one. I have started becoming more flexible. If the other extract is anything to go by, then this will be just as good, if not better as it is slightly stronger than the other one. Also, THERE ARE NO JITTERS with this one. I will buy it again.

I take up to 3 pills a day w/ food and I've lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks. My diet has been more healthy, but nothing else has changed. I feel good, lots of energy. I will continue to take it!
