I have been taking green tea for about a month and a half now and i have already noticed that i have lost wieght. This has also supressed my appetite as well. I take three pills a day, two in the morning and one in the evening. I will forever be taking egcg!!! It is absolutely amazing!

I could tell that this EGCg helped me stay trimmer. I expected that. But I am surprised and happy to report that it is the best thing I've ever done for my oily, blemish-prone skin. When I stop taking this, the facial irritation comes back and pores get clogged.

I can honestly say these have given me more energy, draw back if you do not take with food they may make your stomach upset. I have lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks with no changes in diet etc. Will continue to use.

A friend recommend this product to me, and it is working fabulous to me. If you like the power of green tea but yo are concern about the trips to the restroom just take 2 of this daily and you will have the same results of drinking 4-5 cups of green tea daily.

I heard on a news cast that EGCg could lessen your chances of breast cancer by 50%. I use to drink a lot of green tea but could not find the time or I would forget. It is much easier to just take the EGCg.

This is quite beneficial for me -- I feel more alert, better energy, and also a bit warmer. If you're prone to being on the warm side this may stimulate a hot flash or mild sweating. The herb wears off -- I feel the effects for about 4 hours.
