I use when having an asthma attack just place 2-3 drops in my tea and sip through a straw because if the oil hits your lips it breaks them out.
I love this product. It's fresh and fragrant! I use it for baking and it's quite pungent, so a little goes a very long way! Christmas would'nt be the same without this spice in my recipes. This replaces those extracts in the supermarkets that are loaded with alcohol and dissapates in recipes. One teaspoon does the trick.
Potent and guess what!

Good price and quality product. Loving the smell of aniseed and mixing with other oils in my diffuser!
Not exactly what I was after

I thought this was made from the entire Star Anise, but it's made only from the seeds. To be similar to Tamiflu, (that they make from the Star Anise), you need the inner part of the star that holds the seed, not the seed only. So, although it's a nice pleasant essential oil, it wasn't what I wanted. And that is why I give it 3 stars.
