Ginger is best known for helping those who have stomach issues. It can relieve indigestion, morning sickness, flatulence, etc. It kills infections and is therefore a great oil to use when treating food poisoning. It is also known to strengthen the heart, treat malaria, help ease menstruation and stress, and so much more.
This smells nothing like a good quality ginger oil. I'm surprised because Now Foods usually has a great smelling oils. This doesn't even really smell like ginger to me at all!!

I wish I had read the reviews. I bought this to cure my cold feet. Previously I had boil water with ginger to soak in before bed with great result, so I thought that warm oil and ginger eo would be a great substitute. But this eo is so so so nauseating. It give me an instant headache and disgust. I don't know how anyone can stomach it. Steer clear do not buy. Maybe I'll try to look for fresh ginger oil next time.
