I use a couple drops of this oil in my water bottle for a refreshing taste. Which is much less expensive versus buying "mint flavored" water.
Now I have a supply for the year. Peppermint, Spearmint and Almond oil I bought from them as a replacement to toothpaste. Before I was using OraMD but since its quite expensive, I saved alot of money through iHerb. I just wish there is a much bigger bottle of Spearmint oil in your stock.

really liked this one, its better than peppermint. very good in the diffuser by itself or with other oils like camphor, rosemary, grapefruit, birch, etc. I imagine it would be good for flavoring deserts or making candy/ chocolate as it's smell reminds me of green gummy candy i used to eat as a kid. would definitely recommend this oil.

Used spearmint essential oil in diffuser and cold process soap. Not as strong in diffuser as peppermint, which made it nice for diffusing around kids. In cold process soap it is a mild alternative to peppermint. Did not anchor well in salt bars, but did very well in a basic soap recipe with Patchouli. Salt bars are now 10 months old and have smell to them. Basic soap is about 4 months old and still has as much fragrance as when they were new.
