GABA really works for anxiety, as well and as quickly as Valium but without the side effects or potential for addiction. NOW is the best GABA - have tried them all.

Almost Miraculous,

GABA is absolutely amazing! After three months of bad experiences with medications, I was wondering if I would ever feel like myself again. Within 24 hours of taking GABA, I feel better than I have in months. The change is remarkable--almost miraculous! Thanks for a great product!

Great for Anxiety,

This has been wonderful for dealing with anxiety and times of high stress. If I need quick results, I just open the capsule and pour about half under my tongue-Hold it there for a minute.

For me this amount of GABA (500 mg) is too strong - it had the opposite effect of calmness on me. I have taken 200 mg with no problem. I love the NOW brands and of course iherb.com is wonderful.

Helps with ODD,

My son has been diagnosed with oppositional defiant disorder, general anxiety disorder, and reactive attachment disorder. He was on Ritalin to help with the ODD, but had to stop taking it due to ulcers. This Gaba has saved us! It seems to work as well as the Ritalin, but costs less and does not hurt his stomach. And Iherb is a great company to order it from - fast shipping and last order I even got a freebie pill cutter, crusher, storage case.

It Works!,

Awesome product for stress, anxiety, and sleep! I only take it when I feel it's needed in a stressful situation, with anxiety, or when I have trouble sleeping. I can feel it kick in in just a short length of time. It really gives a calming sensation when feeling anxious and very relaxing to help with sleep. No undesired side effects. I wish I'd known about this product when I was going through menopause! Great to have around when needed.
I've been extremely pleased with all the NOW products I'm using, as well as with iHerb--great selection of products, service, and delivery. I'm a happy camper!
