NOW Garlic & Parsley delivers the natural nutrient profile found in Genuine Whole Foods.
NOW's Garlic Oil is extracted and concentrated from the bulb of Allium sativum. It is equivalent to a whole garlic clove with no added fillers. Garlic is rich in sulfur compounds, amino acids and trace minerals. Parsley Oil is added to this product to help reduce the natural garlic odor.
As a dietary supplement, take 2 softgels 1 to 2 times daily with meals.
Soybean oil and softgel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water).
Contains no sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.

Good garlic oil. It's good for the cardiovascular system.

It disnt come through my pores but for a few hours after taking it your belch smells of garlic. It was tolerable but for some it may not be.
