Great for Sleep,
October 20, 2007
From Oregon
I often suffer from insomnia due to stress. This helps me to turn off my overly active brain at night and get to sleep more easily. I've run out on a few occasions, and I can tell the difference.

FOR PARASITE DIE-OFF,
November 29, 2007
From Australia
Used this excellent in conjunction with L-arganine and BlackwalnutWormwood drops. (NOW brand is recommended as an untainted brand for Hulda Clark's protocol in her`first book), for neutralising ammonia caused by parasites, and for counteracting die-off.Using L-Ornithine at night for sleep I wake up clear-headed,and take L-glutamine for energy in morning.

Yes, it helps sleep,
December 28, 2007
From Great Britain
I've used this for sleep over the last 4 months or so. It works for me.
Like the other reviewer my sleep problem is probably due to stress - or rather an over-sensitivity to stress.
This product helped me where nothing else nutritional has. I take a ton of it though - 11 capsules per night.
Of course insomnia isn't fixed by just taking one just product. You've got to experiment then observe carefully and know what works.
In addition to using this I also improve my sleep by doing a Chi Kung "rooting" exercise (stand and feel as if you have roots going into the ground).
I take steps to reduce stress during the day - eg. sometimes I take a bath, Or I try keep mentally relaxed while I work.

My nurse practitioner suggested I use two of these at bedtime as I needed to go off my anti anxiety medication. I works wonderfully! Also, 1, 30 minutes before an exercise work out helps with muscle soreness and recovery. Stretches help too!

good for neutralizing the ammonia in your blood generated by parasites and helping you sleep. Works well. But you gotta take like 6 of them. Now foods is one of the better brands I've found.

I take it at night before going to bed. Might help to sleep, but I do seem to have more energy and endurance the next day.

It helps me sleep,
May 10, 2008
From Great Britain
It helps me sleep, I sleep less hours now because the quality of my sleep improved. I give it 4 stars because I feel a bit tired on waking up, not completely rested, though a can't sleep any longer, I cannot work it out if this is drowsy or not because of feeling this way in the morning.
