Cannot recommend

I experienced hormonal abnormalities taking this product. Since it is not organic and does not state that it is non-GMO, it is therefore made from the genetically modified soybeans that flood the market. Another reviewer, below, asked if there is another kind of lecithin. Living Tree Community Foods in Berkeley produces an organic, powdered rice lecithin. You can order their products on-line or through their catalog, www.livingtreecommunity.com/. Their products are of the highest quality and are carefully sourced. They are all organic.

I bought this thinking it was natural lecithin without realizing it dind't state non GMO anywhere.I sent an email to the company and they told me they don't test this product for GMO's, so the bottle went straight to the bin. NOW FOODS have a lecithin 1200mg non GMO so I'm taking that one despite is a higher dose.
