If you can get past the taste....., April 28, 2008
By Stacey Carter from West Virginia
This has a taste that almost requires you to mix it with something but I always prefer liquid to pills. It is also rather thick in consistency. I believe that it may be beneficial in weight management. I think this is great stuff, especially for us 40+ women. I'm on my second bottle.

Great way to take calcium!, October 15, 2009
From California
If you're like me and can't handle the huge calcium pills, this lemon-flavored liquid is perfect. I just add it every morning to my fruit smoothie - but it also tastes fine on its own!

A good choice for those who prefer to not or can't swallow pills, November 17, 2009
From Illinois
This supplement has a great tasting lemony flavor with 2 readily absorbed forms of both calcium and magnesium. Because both are in the form of citrate, I found that taking it with food works better to avoid stomach upset. I am happy to have found it!

Cal Mag Lemon flavor, June 05, 2009
From Arizona
I tried this after trying another similar product from another brand name. I like this better not so much because of the taste but the product itself is better and therefore better for you. I want to try the berry flavor and compare the two. The lemon is okay but I'm curious about the berry flavor. I would recommend this product.

Yucky, March 13, 2009
By Laurie Drucker from Texas
I threw this bottle away. I don't know if it was a defective bottle or what, but the liquid was NOT drinkable at all. The texture was like toothpaste and wouldn't mix with OJ or water. The taste was terrible (alone), although other reviewers didn't mind the taste. Upon further reading, I am not taking a Calcium supplement anymore; supplements create hard bones that can be brittle later. Instead, eat lots of YOGURT and drink MILK and you will get plenty of calcium to meet your daily requirements.
