makes your chocolate smooth as silk, 1 tablespoon is enough
Never tried Liquid Lecithin before and not sure if all of them are alike, but I am not sure if I like this product. It is thick and when took some orally, it stayed in my mouth a long time and would disolve and go away. It took some time. I put some in a smoothie, and it stuck to the sides of the blender and was very hard to clean off, even with hot water and lots of soap. Different stuff.

Good product. Haven't used it much, but it's affordable and supposed to be good for you!

This is perfect for making chocolate! This make the ingrediens blend and gives a more smooth result. However, it is kind of messy to use though.
