Magnesium is a mineral that is critical for energy production and metabolism, muscle contraction, nerve impulse transmission, and bone mineralization. It is required cofactor for an estimated 300 enzymes. Among the reactions catalyzed by these enzymes are fatty acids synthesis, protein synthesis, and glucose metabolism. Malate is an important Krebs Cycle intermediate, indicating that it is an important molecule in the production of cellular energy derived from carbohydrates.
Take 1 tablet 3 times daily, preferably with food.
Cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silica and vegetarian coating.

Best type of magnesium out there, as it helps rid the body of aluminum build up and improves memory, along with the usual benefits of magnesium supplementation. Capsules work better than tablets, though.
I always use magnesium in either citrate or chelate forms. However this Malate formula is excellent too, the malic acid really helps with fibromyalgia/muscle pains and various other things, highly reccommended!

My trainer got me to take ridiculously expensive magnesium for a while. So I switched to this. I normally can swallow large pills, but find this a bit difficult to swallow. Also I find it hard to take so many variety of supplements. I don't particularly see the effect of taking magnesium. So I decided that I can get it through taking bath (I do almost daily) with Dead Sea salt which contains high magnesium. I also experimented with adding essential and carrier oils to make small batches of salt scrub and I enjoy that ritual for magnesium absorption much better
