I've switched contraceptives recently from hormone based pill to a non hormone IUC. I had great lack of sexual desire and intimacy(Due to the pill). I wanted to get my hormones back to normal quickly. Did some research on why and how the pill could inhibit libido. Too much estogen increases Sex Binding Hormone Globulin (SHBG) levels inhibiting women's free form testosterone. Then I looked up herbs that can counteract and reduce SHBG levels. Stinging Nettle Root Extract was the safest bet. I began taking it in early Ausgust starting at 2 caps daily then to 3 caps. My desire for intimacy increased within a week and I welcomed my fiance's simplest touch when for a long time I didn't! I want to add that my now free testosterone has abled me to burn off some stuborn fat! So I would recommend this to other women who are experiencing similiar hormonal difficulties.
I keep several herbs to boost my T levels like goat weed, maca, tribulus. The Stinging Nettle Root works the best by far. I feel much more confident and have strong erections that I hadn't felt in ten years. I would like to try the Eclectic Institute next to compare but this certainly works.

I have purchased this as a natural DHT blocker to hopefully reverse slight hair loss. Reversing even slight hair loss takes a while so I will update this review later. My testosterone seems slightly lower than usual so I am a little unsure if this is the most effective way forwards or not. Preliminary 5 star review since I don't know yet. I am considering some other herbs and will update when I have more experience with them and this product.
Not as potent as other brands.

It's OK but the concentration of the active ingredient seems lower that in other similar products.
can be better, is to expensive for what you get

now foods need to put more capsules into a bottle, not only 90, nettle you find everywhere, is a cheap product but you ask huge amount of money for 90 capsules
