Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily with or between meals. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW Optimal Digestive System and Triphala.

Other Ingredients

Gelatin (capsule), rice flour, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silica.
