Potassium is an important mineral used in various bodily functions. It is an important factor in the maintenance of the body's acid-based balance and nerve conduction, as well as the transfer of nutrients through cell membranes. Potassium is found in a number of foods, including dairy, fish and other meats, fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Because food processing reduces the levels of naturally occurring nutrients in foods, supplementation may be necessary to insure adequate intake.
As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet 1-5 times daily, preferably with meals.
Cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silica.
Contains no yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, egg, milk or preservatives.

This is a great product that I wouldn't be without. It helps me stop and prevent sleep paralysis. It also allows me to increase and decrease my dosage to complement my daily fluctuation in diet.

Love this product because it completely reduced the severe cramping I had been having for months! It reduced it completely almost immediately after I had taken it. I'm hoping there are't too many side effects but I will have to do more research. So far so good.
