Pycnogenol is a natural plant product made from the bark of French Maritime pine. Pycnogenol is rich in procyanidins, a special class of water-soluble antioxidant flavonoids which are excellent free radical scavengers. Numerous scientific studies have demonstrated that Pycnogenol helps to maintain vascular strength and function. In addition, Pycnogenol has been shown to support a healthy, balanced inflammatory response.
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily. Consider taking these other NOW products: Tru-C BioComplex, Super Antioxidants and Pomeratrol.
Gelatin (capsule), rice flour and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

I have scleroderma and I find that pycnogenol helps my skin and circulation. The Now brand consistently has good quality at a good price.
The smell isn't bad
