Help with anxiety,

My husband and I first started taking this for anxiety. I found it helps me "get out of the house" more and for him it helps clear the fog in his head and stay motivated more throughout the day. I have noticed when he runs out, he gets more grumpy and spends too much time vegging in front of the tv. He takes 2 in the morning and I take 1. Only takes about 2 dose to start working for us. Very good for those with anxiety or who are always dreading doing something but for no reason.

As a woman living with hypothyroid for 10 yrs, losing weight has been impossible. Ive been taking NOW brand Rhodiola for 4 weeks and have lost 6lbs (for me that is truly amazing!!) It has liberated me from cravings and seriously decreased my appetite. I reduced my calorie intake without feeling deprived or irritable.
I started taking it to prevent another winter with S.A.D. and I am amazed at all the things it has improved! I definitely have more energy and things that usually "set me off" (like my kids) don't seem to anymore. Another nice benefit - no PMS! I wasn't able to multi-task very well and now I can whiz through tasks much faster than before.
I know certain things work for certain people- but I have tried everything under the sun for weight loss and increasing energy-but this seems to work for EVERYTHING! So I think everyone should try it!

Good dosage level,

Before finding Now brand Rhodiola, we were using 2-3 pills of more expensive brands. This dose is the sure bet. It helps level out the blood sugar (not as hungry or shaky) and elevate mental clarity for us; we notice the difference on non-use days.

Best One Out There,

Very satisfied,

Even within a few days of taking this product, I found my mood had lifted (i.e. less stressed), I have more concentration, energy and pep throughout the day, and I sleep better than I have for a long time. I take one in the morning and one around lunch time. By 11 pm I am so wonderfully ready for bed and I don't toss and turn for a hour before falling off to sleep any more.

Seems to work,

After trying other memory enhancing supplements I was dubious about trying this product but I was pleased to find that after a few days of taking Rhodiola I was much more mentally alert for longer periods of time and felt as though I had a caffeine high. I thought that I would have trouble sleeping but I sleep as well or better than I did before.

I switched to Now's Rhodiola from a more expensive brand several months ago and haven't looked back since. The same "calm" energy at half the price of others. Highly recommended!
