Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 3 times daily, preferably with meals. Consider taking these other NOW products: L-Theanine, GABA and 5-HTP.
Other Ingredients
Rice flour, cellulose (capsule), silica and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
