As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily.
Mixed tocopherols, gelatin, oryza oil (containing rice tocotrienols), rice bran oil, glycerin, water, selenium, carob and beeswax.

Fights infections. Good for a tooth root infection. Improves urine flow.
My ACAM physician prescribed this. It could be even better if the E Complex is mixed tocopherols rather than just the d-alpha alone.
