NOW Vitamin D softgels supply this key vitamin in a highly-absorbable liquid softgel form. Vitamin D is normally obtained from the diet or produced by the skin from the ultraviolet energy of the sun. However, it is not abundant in food. As more people avoid sun exposure, Vitamin D supplementation becomes even more necessary to ensure that your body receives an adequate supply.
As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel daily with a meal. Consider taking these other NOW products can be used in combination with NOW Vitamin A and Calcium.
Extra virgin olive oil and softgel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water).
Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Store in a cool, dry place. Please recycle.
Caution: For adults only. Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.

iHerb Customer Reviews
Highly recommended by my doctor, great value and easy way to get the 10,000 IU I needed for the first 3 weeks.
It is really easy to take. Be sure to take it with a meal that includes fat so that your body can absorb it seeing as it is a fat soluble vitamin. Unfortunately I didn't realize that and took it for a whole month and it didn't raise my Vit. D level in my blood :( because I wasn't taking it with meals! Anywho it seems to be doing something now!
