I have had so many issues with orally taking vitamin D over the last 7 years. I end up so nauseated and with a burning pain in my stomach, that I can't eat or drink for days. I've tried many MANY brands of vitamin D and all have had the same affect. After consulting with a few people and practitioners, it seems to be a common issue. So I went searching and I read a study on transdermal vitamin D which concluded that rubbing vitamin D on the skin will increase levels just the same as taking vitamin D orally. I did look into compounded transdermal vitamin D cream but the cost was very high. So I purchased this vitamin D cream instead to try it. It has a lovely smell, it's thick and moisturising and it lasts on the skin. I only do a maintenance dose of 1/4 of a teaspoon of this cream rubbed into my skin. I'm due to get my levels retested in the coming weeks. I would recommend this cream for anyone that has issues with vitamin D.
This smells nice and citrusy. A bit overpowering immediately, but after a minute or so, it becomes pleasant. Moisturizing-wise it's good, but I prefer Now Foods vitamin E Cream. However, I have VERY dry skin. If you don't, this will probably be good :)

This is fabulous. I had an age spot on face and in four weeks its so much lighter. Its so moisturizing. Although it feels thick going on, it absorbs well

the cream feels nice but not really hydrating (the way I need a cream to be). don't believe the fact that you will absorb the vitamin d in this one. there is a small study showing that one needs to apply 5000 IU of vitamin d daily to the skin in order to absorb a higher dose. pleasant smell of citrus.
great for my dry hands

Using it mostly on my arthritic feet and already finding some relief in under a week's use. I combine it with other topicals too. Will buy again and buy some for daughter and her children.
