Originally I was taking 2000 IU, and after my physical test results my Vitamin D level was reporting below normal. My doctor recommended starting w/5000 IU daily. I can tell a slight difference in my mood which is better then no change at all. I just started taking this about a month ago. iHerb's products are great, inexpensive and the delivery is so quick. Gotta love this crew!

D-3 is critical to so many foundational healing basics from immune support to proper body ph balance due to proper absorption of minerals especially calcium so bone mass resource is constant to keep body PH.
Silly to have epidemics of broken hips and Cancer when proper understanding of nutrition serves the need.

High potency in a small pill, exactly what I need! Have been taking 10,000IU a day for four months for vitamin D deficiency, and my blood test last week said I am now near the top of the reference range, which is ideal. I can now maintain with 1 pill a day!

all of the products including the vitamin D-3 contains the highest potency natural supplements available on the market. Trust me, i have tried them all. I have never felt better in my life. Most people ask me, are you about 47? i laugh, i am 57. Not only do i look better but feel great as well. I donot get paid for this, i am just like you. A persons who cares about their health. There is alot i could attest to on the performance of i herb products and how they have helped my 95 yr old mother who is in very good shape. She takes many suppliments every day and i would only order them for her from the people i trust. I herb.

My doctor has recommended that I take 5000 IU's of Vitamin D-3. It's convenient to have only one capsule to take. After taking this dosage, my allergies have virtually disappeared. Plus, I like to see it as a prevention for cancer, since cancer runs in my family.

Small transparent soft capsules, so very easy to shallow.
Recently impotent role of Vitamin D3 for heart, muscle and cancers has been raised. Most people may be under vitamin d3 deficiency. 2000 IU a day recommended, so has taken three a week and then will reduce to two a week.
