Baking instructions to make one pan of brownies (yields 9 brownies):
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Empty entire contents (approx. 16 oz dry mix) into a mixing bowl. Add 3 eggs, 2/3 cup of hot water, and 2/3 cup NOW MCT Oil (or other oil of your choice i.e., NOW Macadamia Nut Oil or your favorite vegetable oil). Mix until well blended with a wire whisk.
Pour batter into a lightly greased standard brownie pan (8x8 or 9x9) and bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from heat when a toothpick comes out clean in the center. Let cool for a minimum of 30 minutes before cutting or covering. Tastes best when completely cooled.
Organic turbinado sugar, organic cocoa powder, instantized whey protein isolate (milk, soy lecithin [<1%]), organic golden flax seed meal, guar gum, natural sea salt, organic vanilla extract, baking powder and natural almond flavor.
Wheat-free and gluten-free.

Designer Food at its Best! Plenty of Protein, great Taste and blissful Satisfaction! What a great Snack! I use coconut oil or macadamia nut oil and add chopped walnuts and dark chocolate to the mix and serve with low fat/sugar sour cream/ice cream and a little coffee or tea to rewrite the idea of a comfy treat without the blood sugar roller-coaster ! 10/10!
My daughter's the celiac and regularly grouses about the texture and taste of gluten free products available in the supermarkets (including Whole Foods), so we both were very pleasantly surprised at how good these brownies really are. They have a cake like brownie texture and are very chocolatey. Maybe next time I make them I'll add some chocolate chunks and nuts.

These were fabulous. I made a batch and froze them. eat them frozen - its just a like an ice cream bar. YUM! Shame I can't continue as chocolate is a migraine trigger for me. Alas, I got to have a little fun with them for a short time.

At first, I tried to make brownies with this mixture. Since I have just found out that I am gluten intolerant, I am not used to eat gluten free products on a large scale. Unexperienced as I was, I thought this was yummy-yummy... So my first experience with this was actually good - until I tried another gluten free brownies mix which was a lot better. This one, from Now Foods, taste a little bit marzipan (alot of almond taste), but the flour used is a little blitt... well... "pulvery". It was very easy to bake, though! Easy to handle the cookie dough. But the taste and the consistence could have been better. Try that green and white package instead, I can't remember the producer right now - but that one was delicious!
Good tasting, healthy snack

I seldom buy cakes pre-mixes because I bake cakes myself and happen to be very picky on what I put "in it". I tried this one- by curiosity, because it contains chia seeds. I have to say that I enjoyed a lot. It 's easy to make and taste good, no strange "by taste". You can add some other flavor or fruits, f.ex. somebody suggested bananas instead of oil. I will try that next time! My children complained a bit that it's "not like" my usual chocolate cake but they still eat it. If you have picky kids like mine, they may need some time to get used to the new taste, but it's definately worth to try.

I know this product has gotten glowing reviews but I cant recommend it.I didnt read the ingredient list.If you like sickenly sweet desserts then you will like this.Sugar is the first ingredient and I think this mix is way too laden with sugar.
