I suffer from severe adrenal fatigue due to Chronic Lyme Disease and have tried many products in hopes of increased physical and mental energy. Yerba Mate by Now Foods is one of the first supplements that produced immediate results with no jittery side effects. I have days where I have trouble getting out of bed and thanks to this product along with my other daily supplements, I have the extra boost I need.
