2-4 tbsp Nutiva Hempseed*
2-4 tbsp HempShake
8 oz vanilla rice milk
1-2 tbsp Nutiva Coconut Oil
1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit

Place seeds in a blender with 1 oz of water, blend into a thick paste and add remaining ingredients.
*Adding 4 tbsp of Hempseed Provides an 11g Protein Boost !
