Very good product.,

It's a little more costly than regular pasta but the difference in nutrition is night and day. It was very good also!

Almost the Bite of Semolina,

This is the best Brown Rice pasta I've used. The directions have to be followed in order to get a finished product that is relatively close to al dente. For gluten restricted diets this product is heaven sent.

Superior quality,

California grown certified organic brown rice pasta, processed perfectly for cooking to the perfect texture. Much of the generally available brown rice pasta is organic, but grown outside the USA, and certified to non-USDA standards. The other brands I have tried tend to be mushy, with lots of rice flour in the cooking water. Lundberg's pasta cooks like high quality Italian traditional pasta....Lungberg's is just plain superior to all others.
