Orgran No Egg Egg Replacer is ideal for cooking and baking. One pack is equivalent to 33 eggs and is a great cholesterol free alternative to eggs. You can even use it to make meringues!
Please note: this product can be used in place of eggs in most recipes, but cannot be used to make scrambled, boiled, poached or fried eggs.
To replace 1 whole egg: Add 2 teaspoons (6 g) egg replacer + 2 tablespoons (30 mL) water.
To replace 1 egg white:
Add 2 teaspoons (6 g) egg replacer + 1 tablespoon (15 mL) water.
To replace 1 egg yolk:
Add 2 teaspoons (6 g) egg replacer + 1/2 tablespoon (7.5 mL) water.
1 Level teaspoon of No Egg is equal to 3.0 g (0.1 oz)
Potato starch, tapioca starch, raising agent: calcium carbonate, acidity regulator: citric acid. Vegetable gum (stabiliser): methylcellulose.
Store in a cool dry place.

I made choc chip cookies that called for eggs on the packet, used this instead and we couldn't tell the difference and they were delicious...

I use it in my baking and it works great, just follow the instructions that comes with.

Not sure why, but the dough never rise up when I make a cake. I tried it in the microwave and the dough cooked, but when I use the oven does not cook the dough inside, either when I make pancakes. Maybe I am doing wrong ... No sé por qué, pero la masa nunca sube cuando hago un pastel. Lo he probado en el microondas y la masa se cocina (aunque no sube), pero en el horno no se cocina por dentro, y me pasa lo mismo cuando hago pancakes. Quizá lo esté haciendo mal...
