Orgran No Egg Egg Replacer is a useful and convenient egg substitute containing no cholesterol, no lactose and no egg or animal derived ingredients.

This product is versatile in its application as it functions as a binder and thicker in much the same way as eggs do. It can be used in biscuits, pancakes, cakes and waffles. It is also suitable for making egg free custard, cream fillings, egg free mayonnaise and is superb in a gluten free batter mix.

Suggested Use

Directions:

For 1 whole egg, add 1 teaspoon of Orgran No Egg, to 2 tablespoons water. To replace 3 egg whites, add 2 teaspoons of Orgran No Egg, with 1 tablespoon water. (If recipe calls for stiffly beaten egg whites, mix Orgran No Egg, and water until stiff.)

*May also be added directly as a dry ingredient in most recipes.

1 heaped teaspoon of No Egg is equal to 3.0 g (0.1 oz)

Other Ingredients

Potato starch, tapioca flour, calcium carbonate, citric acid, vegetable gum (stabilizer): methylcellulose.
