Cooking Instructions: 3 Easy Steps
Step 1: Place contents into approx. 4 litters (4 U.S. quarts) of boiling water for every 250 g (8.8 oz) of Orgran pasta. Salt may be added to the water.
Step 2: Stir gently and continue to boil for 7.5 minutes or until preferred texture. Be careful not to overcook.
Step 3: Remove from boil and immediately strain and rinse under warm running water.

My friend didn't even notice the difference - she usually eats gluten, while I'm totally glutenfree. I love these!
pasta has a good taste; did not go to pieces after cooking (able to use in pasta salad). However, not the best tasting pasta, in our opinion - prefer Orgran buckwheat or Bionaturae gluten free.

The macaroni gets easily destroyed when boiled, but tastes good and works good in a lasagne or something like that.

The combo of these two gf grains works well for maintaining the shape of the pasta.
