I enjoyed this crispibread. They were great with melted tuna and cheese and also with cheese and summer suasage

The strands of wheat are really sharp. When you take a bite, these shards are left and they are really sharp. I feel they will cut my mouth.

They don't have much of a taste, but they digest great and they are really crunchy. For someone who eats really healthy they will probably taste good. For others, it may take some time to get used to.

The quinoa ones are far better. These guys have a funky after taste that I personally enjoy.
