Shea butter hand made in Benin, West Africa.
The pure shea butter in OOA lip balms may form granules in cooler temperatures; this is normal. Once applied, the warmth of your lips will soften any shea particles in a jiffy. Your lips will thank you!
For external use only.
Unrefined shea butter, sunflower oil, grapeseed oil, candellia wax, cocoa butter, vanilla planifolia (vanilla) flavor, vitamin E, rosemary extract, organic calendula.

This is very similar to Badger but I think I prefer it to Badger. Not quite as oily but very moisturising.

Good product and wonderful scent! If you live in colder climates the shea butter gets really hard and is difficult to apply.
Love the scent but too soft

I typically use and love Badger which I rate at 5 stars. I write the date I open a tube in the cap (since I buy in multiples), and I can get 3 weeks out of Badger but barely got 2 weeks out of this one. The scent is light but definitely there and heavenly, a bit of a texture to it, but because it's so soft (and it's winter now), I cannot justify continuing to buy it. I guess I could keep it in the refrigerator, but my house is held in the mid 60's so it shouldn't be so soft, thus too expensive because it doesn't last long enough for me. Also just today the whole head of it fell out and I spent forever looking for it, twice. Back to my favorite, Badger.
Great Product! Look No Further!!

I've been looking for a new lip balm to love to replace Rachel Perry's Lip Lover (out of business). This is it only with better ingredients! Does seem a bit "gritty" when first applying, then it melts into your lips.

This might be cause I have a mild latex allergy. I found out later on that this can cause reactions on products with shea, and that is a lot of it in here. The scent is also a bit weird, and the texture is uneven.

My favorite is really the strawberry one, but this is fine too. Didn't really like the vanille scent. It's like harsh and bitter vanilla, but the lipbalm is great. Weird consistance but it really melts on to the lips. Would buy the smaller one, this is too big if u ask me. Great lipbalm though! :) I'll give it to my mother!
