Improved quality, September 05, 2009

Allow a few days to adjust to the taste., September 14, 2009

When I first took this the taste was almost unbearable but I kept taking a scoop each morning and you do adjust to the taste. It never ends up tasting good but it's bearable now. I take it with water. If you're very sensitive you can take it with juice, which I've never tried. I really like this because it has a very minimal amount of natural sugar and has such a variety of nutritious supplemental foods. It's definitely worth taking.

Every time I've taken this kind of "green" superfood, they've blocked me up something awful. Not this - this is great. I whizz it up with milk and, if I have time, a banana or fig, and it makes for a delicious drink. It does taste "green", but only slightly and in a very good way. My only complaint would be that the size of the container doesn't match the amount of the contents - the powder only reaches about halfway up the pot.

good supplement, October 11, 2009

I tried this product as a replacement for veggies (that are really expensive in Norway..) and this does seem to do the trick. Taste is ok, don't need to drink as much water as earlier during exercise (has been a problem). I'm not giving this product 5 stars since the powder is hard to eliminate in water, it gets a little clumpy.
