To maximize your eyes, follow the direction illustrated below.
Upper Lid Lining: For discreet, natural-looking lining, draw a fine line at the base of lashes, starting from the middle of the lid, continuing towards the outer corner of the eye. For a more sophisticated and defined look, start the line directly from the inner corner of the eye.
Upper & Lower Lid Definition: For natural-looking lining with added definition, draw a fine line at the base of the upper and lower lashes, starting fir the middle of the lid, continuing towards the outer corner of the eye. For the ultimate dramatic look, line both lids from corner to corner.
Important: Never line inside the eye area.
PPG-2 myristyl ether propionate, microcrystalline wax, polyethylene, propylene glycol ricinoleate, copernicia cerifera (carnauba) wax, magnesium carbonate, talc, silica, tocopherol, methylparaben, propylparaben, ethylparaben. May contain: titanium dioxide, iron oxides, ferric ammonium ferrocyanide, manganese violet, mica, ultramarines.
Just resently discovered the sharpener at the bottom, so now I'm happier with this product. Compared to mac eye pencil (I've never been so dissatisfied with a product before - totally don't get the hype of mac products) this is heaven! I will recommend to all my friends if I can figure out that it's not tested on animals. I give it tree stars because I can't find out if it's animal tested or not, see. The product works better than any eye pencil I've ever tried these last 18 years, but I can't support animal testing (and I don't know whether it's animal-tested or not yet, even though I suppose iHerb wouldn't let in animal-tested products). I'm a bit fuzzy about parabens and this contains propylparaben, which is listed red in many Asthma and Allergy Assosiations. Shame.
Physician's Formula Eye definer

Although the name says that it's a midnight black, it's more grey, than black. It smudges easily, and if I put it in the morning, it's gone till noon. The good side is that it has sharpener on it. I hoped that I had found cheaper replacement for my expensive eye liner, but unfortunatelly it's not the case.

This is very Excellent iHerb services
Easy to apply

To my taste, there is not enough black pigment in the color, so the name "midnight black" does not really reflect the true color. Easy to apply but does not last long without disappearing, on my skin anyway, which is nicely hydrated. I am yet to find the perfect eye definer.
Nice, but smeared my eyelid

First day of using it: draw a nice line and in a few minutes I saw it on my eyelid.Three hours later, the line is nowhere to be seen on my eyelid.I give it 3 stars just for the first 3 minutes the line was there and was easy to do it.
