I think this is a wonderful product. I used it for about 2 weeks and got results. The hot flashes have ceased,but the night sweats are still there but not as bad. Will continue to use hopefully they will cease also. The only thing is getting past the smell.

I have been taking this product for a week or so and it really seems to be helping with my hot flashes. I also seem to have a lot more energy than before. It's still early days and other variables could be affecting the improvement - but so far I am very happy with this product.

I didn't notice much difference in the hot flashes or night sweats. Also the directions show 2 tablets, three times a day. That's a bit much.

I actually can't rate the effectiveness of this product, because I can't handle the smell of licorice and some of the other herbs in this supplement.It's REALLY strong smelling, and I REALLY don't want to taste or burp the stuff. I'm going to give them to a friend and go back to using straight black cohosh (without the additional supplements).
