Taste-wise should be fine, as baby seems to like it. However, I wouldn't recommend this, because my baby drools alot, and when he eats this, his drool are all purple in colour and stains his clothes.

I bought these as a back up when we don't have some decent home made snack food to feed bubs. Most packet baby foods like this would not be exceptionally healthy, however there wasn't much i didn't like about these. My 12 month old loves them and is content snacking on a few at a time. Because they are 'freeze dried' they dissolve fairly easily in the mouth, but still need to be supervised if baby is new to solid foods. I find it quite difficult to find snack foods for babies without filler ingredients (which usually lack nutrition) and I am not a fan of added sugar (which these contain a little) especially when they already have fruit extracts but I did like the fact that they contain different berry juices and other ingredients like rice milk that are less likely to cause allergies. They are certainly better than the choice of baby food snacks I can get from local grocery or health food stores in Australia. I will probably buy a few more until bubs is old enough to move onto other foods.
