Rooibos (Aspalathus linearis) also known as red tea is a caffeine free natural tea, rich in antioxidants and also contains the following nutrients: Calcium, copper, iron, fluoride, magnesium, manganese, potassium, sodium and zinc.

Regular method: To enjoy the unique, mild aromatic taste of rooibos tea, place 1 tsp. of tea or 1 tea bag of rooibos tea per tea cup of boiling water into suitable container and allow to steep for 3 to 5 minutes. The longer you steep the more flavor and nutrients is released. Use fine tea strainer if using loose tea, when pouring into tea cups.

Microwave method: Making Rooibos tea in microwave is a quick and easy treat. For a single cup, microwave a cup of water at max. power for 2 minutes or until the water boils. Add 1 tsp. of tea or 1 tea bag of Rooibos tea, steep and strain if using loose tea. Enjoy it.
