I can feel a buzz of energy around 15-40 mins after taking two. I am usually low on energy (with a high metabolism) and take 2 of these if I know I've an important phonecall or meeting and I want more zip or don't want to flag.
I've not tried the 30-90 days routine.
What makes these type of supplements so handy is that you don't need to mix them up as a drink or even eat while taking them - some fluid is all you need.
I've not actually compared with any other brand - but I've given them 5 stars as I find them so useful.

I love this stuff! I don't get all jittery and feel like when I take energy pills with caffeine...
My one and only complaint is I cannot afford to take it daily, so I only take it when I know my day is going to be hectic and I have to be at my best or have a lot of thing to accomplish in one day!
