The ingredients in First Cleanse support the 7 channels of elimination. They are the organs and organ systems designed to filter and eliminate toxins from the body.

First Cleanse: For the First 3 days, take 1 capsule of First Cleanse 1 in the morning and 1 capsule of First Cleanse 2 in the evening. After 3 days, increase to 2 capsules each. First Cleanse is best if taken on an empty stomach.

First Cleanse 1 Morning Formula: For the first 3 days, take 1 capsule each day in the morning on an empty stomach. After 3 days, take 2 capsules each day in the morning. Please read accompanying literature.
