Suggested Use

1 cup Tri-Color Pearl Couscous
1 1/4 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 teaspoon butter (optional)

Bring water to a boil; add couscous, salt and butter (if desired). Cover saucepan and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Toasted tri-color couscous (wheat flour), spinach powder, paprika extract.

A misnomer.

I can't see the connection with cous-cous, which in my eyes is very fine-grained, and has an entirely different flavour. This is more like gelatinous rice. It's easy to cook (I did so in a rice cooker) and tastes quite bland, which can be a good thing. If you don't like the semi-soft texture, you might want to cook it for the absolute minumum time.
