Although called vanilla paste by pastry chefs, vanilla paste actually has the consistency of honey. Vanilla paste is used as an alternative to vanilla beans in recipes. Use in cheesecake, ice cream, or any recipe where the texture, taste, and visual appeal of real vanilla beans is desired. Vanilla paste is also wonderful in smoothies, yogurt, and oatmeal.
Pour or scoop one tablespoon of vanilla paste to equal one vanilla bean. Can also be used in equal measure to replace vanilla extract in recipes.
Water, organic cane sugar, alcohol, organic vanilla bean extractives, gum tragacanth, vanilla bean powder.
Wipe off lip of jar and store in cool, dry place.
Love this. Its so much better than vanilla extract. Adds great flavor to my baking. Highly recommend.

The best, most affordable vanilla paste I have ever used. Lovely flavour and I wouldn't be without it for baking.

You really get what you pay for + it lasts for a long time. I have used it a lot in baking and the taste is amazing :)

i was disappointed it wasn't pure, but had sugar added, but it taste great. It is gone quickly. Will buy powder in the future. Powder has a stronger flavour and last longer.
Great product but bad packaging

Great product but bad packaging. When they say wife the lid off of the jar before closing it, they're not kidding. The next time I want to open it it was literally stuck and I had to soak it in hot water just to get it to loosen. It would be so much easier if they would just put it in a tube like a toothpaste tube. As for the product though I love the vanilla beans and I like to add it to puddings and cakes.
