iHerb Customer Reviews
Didn't feel that this supplement had any remerkable effect on my candida overgrowth.Generally, regarding candida, I've had little success with caprylic acid in general (tried other brand as well) and coconut oil for that matter.Maybe it's just my case and may work better for somebody else.
I use it against candida overgrowth after antibiotics/antiparasite treatments. It does help me, but in a slight way. Maybe the dose I take should be higher? I take one a day. I have used caprylic acid in the past after years of terrible candida overgrowth and trying everything, and that relieved me quickly. Also food intolerances got better then. Maybe it's a matter of the right dose. I don't doubt the Solgar brand, they are always the best. If they read this I hope they look into it. iHerb thumbs up as well!
