iHerb Customer Reviews
When I first started to get this (years earlier), I used occasionally but repeatedly with consistent results. But no more - makes me wheeze, among other things. I've found the same to be true of anything else that contains added stearate, so now avoid it like the plague. I also find silica worsens a hip issue and avoid that too. Unfortunately, it seems Solgar use both in everything so are no longer my go-to brand. If this review was helpful to you, please click YES below - thank you. This is a good source of cysteine and I would continue to use it except for its use of hydrogenated cottonseed or palm oil (AKA magnesium stearate) as a filler.
