A greeat vegan source of Omega 3
Not enough Omega
Posted by DowiQA on Oct 12, 2015
I started taking vegetarian Omega 3 vitamins a few months ago and wanted to try this because of the brand name 'Solgar'. I didn't notice it is only a 100 mg and I think it isn't enough for me because I don't feel as good as I used to with the other kinds. My problem is with my tight muscles and the acupuncture guy recommended this instead of the natural food resources of course- turned out it really was my problem. Anyhow, this is recommended only for those who really don't need much and maybe also get it from other sources.
