Source Naturals Whey to Health is the first Certified Organic, 100% natural, whey protein powder concentrate available to consumers. Whey to Health is produced by ultrafiltration - a process that removes part of the lactose, soluble minerals and water from whole or skim milk resulting in a whey protein concentrate. Protein concentrates have high biological value - they supply a high amount of the amino acids your body needs. A protein's function depends on its shape. Unlike many protein isolates, our whey protein concentrate was not exposed to extreme temperatures or changes in pH that might alter the activity of the proteins by changing their shape during processing.
Whey to Health supports your body's essential protein requirements with a unique profile of highly bioavailable proteins and immune factors, including branched chain amino acids (BCAA's), lactoferrin and immunoglobulins. Whey is one of the most easily digested forms of high quality protein. It is low in carbs and can be used in conjunction with a variety of diet and exercise programs.
1 rounded scoop blended in 8 ounces water, skim milk or your favorite beverage. Consider adding ice and your favorite fruit or low-fat yogurt for a delicious smoothie.
Contains no yeast, egg, gluten, corn, soy or wheat. Contains no starch, preservatives, or artificial color, flavor or fragrance.
Note: If you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your health care professional before using this product.

This is a rare product indeed. Organic whey concentrate, processed with low heat and without any sweeteners is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Since using this consistently for the last 6 months, I can honestly say that my immune system has improved dramatically. Everyone around me seems to get chest infections, colds and flu, but I haven't so far and as an asthmatic, I was always getting bronchitis, flu and colds. Adding whey protein concentrate of this quality to my diet has single-handedly cranked up my immune system. Thank you iherb.
this stuff is great, is the only whey I have seing that is organic, you can tell the difference in the texture, is not as processed as others

Am remembering from the last time i took it - a year or 2 ago when Mercola's wasn't available. It seemed to do the trick and my health kept up as i remember. Haven't started this pottle yet.
horrible taste, doesnt mix well at all

I wanted to like the product, I really did. It has all the good stuff in it, but what's the use if it's barely drinkable? It doesnt mix at all in a cup shaker and definitelly not just with a spoon. The only way I got it to disolve is with a blender, and I had to blend it for a few minutes. Tastes pretty bad too and I even mixed it with vanilla almond milk. I will have to mask this with a whole bunch of other stuff to use it up, maybe with loads of fruits and vanilla almond milk it might be bareable. Wont buy again. Only giving two stars cause it seems to have good ingredients.
EXCELLENT Product NO addditives

Organic Whey nothing else added. *GREAT* We really didn't want to get one with added oils (lecithin) used to make whey powder easier to blend. ... yuck no thanks we will keep using the blender and this no additives brand. It tastes good in Whole Milk or in Orange Juice. Also plain yogurt with frozen blueberries is good too. The only flaw is the short handle on their scoop. My husband can't get his hand into the container when it gets low. He said, 'gee... I think they could afford to put a few more inches on the scoop handle.' (chuckle)

I mix this with cocoa powder (unsweetened) It's delicious and sugar free. I drink it after my workouts. I'm happy with it but it is a little pricey for the amount you get
