Our soil is so depleted by chemical fertilizers and poor methods of farming that our fruits and vegitables simply do not contain the minerals we need to be healthy. Source Naturals trace minerals replace what is missing in our food. The liquid is tasteless and easy to take. I have noticed a rubbery taste if I use the dropper so I simply pour the liquid in a glass. My husband uses the dropper and says he cannot taste anything. I am very sensitive so you may not notice any rubbery taste.
