Ginkgo-24 is a standardized concentration of prime quality Ginkgo biloba leaves. The extraction yields 24% ginkgo flavoneglycosides and 6% terpene lactones (the key constituents) from a 50 to 1 concentration. The Ginkgo biloba tree has survived for over 200 million years, virtually unchanged - the earth's oldest living species of tree. Ginkgo biloba 24% is the subject of extensive scientific research, and is used worldwide as an herbal supplement.
1 tablet twice daily before or with a meal.
Microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, stearic acid, colloidal silicon dioxide, modified cellulose gum, and magnesium stearate.

I used to have migraine headaches most of my adult life. Once I started using Ginkgo Biloba they eventually went away. If I miss a day..the headaches are back!

excellent keeps the blood pressure down
not so effective for altitude sickness

I found that this did not have any effect for mountain sickness, and it did have a slight side effect on mental function.

Keeps me alert especially in this life stage (transition to menopause)
