I use this as part of Dr Linus Pauling's heart protocol. I am almost off my heart meds, which were affecting my ability to breathe. I wish everything came in powder form, make your own capsules, get away from magnesium stearate and silica and the like.
The product seems to be working but they recommended I use it for at least one month before any real results will appear. I am using it in conjunction with Lysine and Ester C for the healing of interstitial cystitis.

I can't speak to it's efficacy, but for me, it left a nasty after-taste, so I stopped using it. I recently started the Pauling Therapy and I can take the VitC and Lysine powder in water no problem. But this Proline tastes really awful.

I am using it for my joint health and especially my TMJ disorder. I think it is helpful, but I am doing a lot of stuff for my health not just this Proline powder.
Taste okay in hot drink

I mixed it with my hot coffee, and added in Lysine powder as well. Lysine powder is salty, thus it goes well with bitter coffee. However, I am not sure whether the hot drink destroy the Lysine and Proline. Anybody has answer?
